Our method is based on the own experience of being burnt-out to the extent that the body and mind literally stops. The experience of health care. The trial and errors in self-treatment together with former colleagues in leadership training. Modern research on stress disorders. Today we can offer you a way to Increase mental capacity, Prevent stress and to Rehabilitate from stress disorders. We have identified a minimum of Four Necessary Activity Areas to integrate and to incorporate in the context of the Outdoors. Welcome for a lecture, course or consulting services.

What happened was a classic case of burnt-out. During five years and the period of my recovery, a method is developed and turned into a set of services - lectures, courses and consulting in managing stress and performance.
The idea with ThinkOutside.info is to share my experiences so people can prevent getting burnt-out, get help in recovering from stress-related disorders and so both people and organisations can increase performance.
The research well covers the different parts of ThinkOutside's method. We have picked out what we think are the critical few, integrated and packed them in the way of coaching so practice and results are achieved. The method is based upon the power provided from the beautiful Outdoors.
Inspiration Seminar gives easy access to knowledge about stress and performance. It is a low entry-level service for you who wants some knowledge and tools without investing to much time, risk or money. The Crawl Course gives very good health effects and can be held apart from your working time.
